Christians may face a wide variety of conflict in their lifetimes. These conflicts can take many forms and be with God, family members, friends, enemies, church members, and others. This page provides links to a selection of blog posts and podcasts that deal with this difficult subject.

Steph encourages us to grow in the Lord as a community of believers, seeking to be reconciled with our brothers and sisters in Christ.
3. Christian Conflict and Anger
Steph Nickel reminds us that there is a well known biblical phrase, that says “quick to listen, slow to speak, slow to anger.” In her post with this title, Steph goes on to explain that understanding Bible verses can help us live deeper, fuller Christian lives.

We may not see it, or even be aware of it, but spiritual warfare is taking place all around us. The Christian must learn how to become a spiritual warrior and engage the enemy.

5. Jesus and Conflict
Jesus was not immune to conflict. In fact, His ministry was one that brought Him into the religious and political leaders of His day.
Steph Nickel’s “The Pharisees Plot to Kill Jesus,” examines the schemes of the Pharisees to destroy Jesus. Their plan had its roots in eternity past and began to come to a head when Jesus raised Lazarus from the dead.

6. The Cleansing of the Temple
Shane Johnson takes a close look at “The Cleansing of the Temple.“
Shane says, “If the miracle of turning water into wine was intended to display the Lord’s glory, then the cleansing of the Temple, above all, was meant to display the Lord’s zeal, “as it is written, zeal for Your house has eaten Me up.”
